INDIANAPOLIS — One View, a leading provider of digital document management software for scanning, archiving and data conversion within the automotive industry, celebrates its 20-year anniversary.
One View is proud to celebrate two decades of developing electronic document management software to simplify dealership workflow and reduce paper expenses.
“We would like to thank all of our partners and customers for this successful milestone,” said David DeHaven, CEO, One View. “We are committed to paving the future of document management in the automotive industry and finding new ways to automate processes and increase efficiency.”
When it was founded in 1997, One View started to deliver automotive dealerships with easy-to-use document management, scanning and archiving solutions. Through One View’s web-based software dealership personnel can archive their data and instantly search online for information including service and parts tickets, accounts payable/receivable, deal jackets, service contracts, insurance forms, warranty documents, voids, payroll, loaner agreements, employee files and more. Throughout the past 20 years, One View has built a reputation as an industry leader. Today, One View has grown to over 25 employees and partners with thousands of automotive dealerships as their document management and data conversion solutions provider.
Most notably, One View recently launched its latest software, Vault. This web-based document capture, retrieval and reporting system enables customers to search documents eight times faster than ever before. The new user interface further simplifies document administration and enhances security with additional encryption of document transmission to protect confidentiality of all customer information.
To celebrate the company milestone, join One View for a reception on Thursday, June 22 from 5 to 8 pm at its headquarters location in Indianapolis.
